Communicating With Your Spouse
Morale Calls
FREE PHONE CALLS? That’s right, you call your spouse from home using DSN 2 times a week for 15 minutes each M-F 7:pm - 7:am; all day weekends & holidays! This program is also available to the parents of single members via the closest military installation to their home. A copy of TDY orders are required for program registration and pin activations.

Send a short video via e-mail. Please schedule an appointment with the Readiness NCO at the Airman & Family Readiness Flight.
$20 Phone Cards
The AFAS provides one $20 phone card to all military members deploying. These cards can be used from anywhere in the world to call home.
Email Access
Access to computers for email is available during customer service hours in the Job Resource Room at the AFRC

A Military and Family Life Consultant is available to offer assistance in building effective communication skills, stress reduction, and help with coping with deployments before, during and after. Meetings can take place at the Airman and Family Readiness Center, or anywhere on or off base, except for private residences. The consultant is a Masters-level licensed clinician, screened and familiar with Air Force culture and issues.
