School Liaison Program The role of the School Liaison at Luke Air Force Base is to assist families ensure their children receive the best possible education regardless of where they attend school. On-Base Education Program The Education Services Flight, located on the third floor in Bldg 1150, offers a variety of educational services and programs for active duty Air Force personnel. Some, but not all programs and/or services are also available to Air Force family members and DoD civilians and their family members.
