| Transition Services Are you retiring or separating from the military? The Airman and Family Readiness Center's Transition Assistance Program (TAP) has many services to make your transition out of the military a positive and easier experience. TAP services are primarily employment related and are available to military members, DoD civilian employees, and their authorized family members. These services include individual counseling, workshops & seminars, Individual Transition Plans (ITPs), job search assistance and use of the Discovery Center. Department of Labor - Employment Workshop - Transition Assistance Program This 5 day intensive workshop teaches you how to transition out of the military into the civilian sector or into retirement. It will show you how to receive maximum response from your resume, cover letters and interview skills. It is held once a month o from 0800-1600. Registration is required and seats fill up quickly. - The Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program (MyCAA) is a career development and employment assistance program sponsored by the Department of Defense (DOD). MyCAA helps military spouses pursue higher learning necessary for gainful employment in high demand, high growth portable career fields and occupations.
